About Me
My name is Jesse and I am the creator of Wild Flax Studio. If you've arrived here, I'm ecstatic to share my graphic design, photography, and visual art.
If you're curious about the name Wild Flax Studio, it's meant to pay homage to the province in which I was born and raised: Saskatchewan
Art has been a huge part of my life from a young age, which resulted in the pursuit of not only a variety of artistic learning, but a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art and a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing. A lot of my learning comes from assisting student groups and non-profit organizations meet their goals.
Creating my own business has been an idea I've pondered for a while. It's finally become a reality, and I am very excited to meet you!
What I Do
I am the vehicle that brings your creation to life! You bring your ideas, and I'll put them down in pixels, paint, or pen.
Graphic design, photography, and illustration are my current offerings, however I may expand that as I discover new needs!
Who I Am
I am a nerdy, eccentric artist direct from the Canadian prairies, and proud of it!
My non-art-related hobbies include gardening (indoor plants mostly), binging content on Netflix, sewing, and playing some videogames. I love animals—cats and reptiles in particular.
What I Believe
I believe in honest, open communication, and delivering what is promised, when it is promised.
